They are a nightmare of hucksters and thieves. You don’t buy licensing. It is licensed as a yearly subscription and you have to get a renewal every year.

Last year, they sold us 600 licenses for $9,900. One year later for the same licenses they are demanding $14,850. This is a 50% price increase in one year. They know it will be hell to move to a different product so they show you the middle finger during the renewal process. It is NOT automatic on some reasonable basis.

We went through hell setting it up. Now we have to go through hell getting rid of it! DON’T make the same mistake.
